How to redeem
To redeem, simply continue with your online booking and select 'REDEEM GIFT VOUCHER' at the bottom of your booking summary page before proceeding to payment.
Alternatively you can call us on 0343 226 2222 to redeem your gift card.
To redeem gift cards on treatments and services at one of our resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall).
Gift cards can be redeemed against new bookings or add ons only.
Please note gift cards cannot be redeemed on the Champneys online product shop.

30% extra free on gift cards is subject to availability.
The extra value applies only to purchases in multiples of £50.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase or be used to purchase another gift card, gift experience or loyalty vouchers, any such orders will be cancelled. Gift cards cannot be redeemed against Black Friday offers, existing bookings, conferences, weddings, club membership, retreats, golf or Vitality bookings. Vouchers may be used to add experiences, such as treatments and classes, to existing bookings.
Valid for two years, after which the gift card will expire and cannot be extended. They can be used at any Champneys Resort, Hotel or City Spa. Subject to management discretion, availability and/or third-party supplier participation, certain experiences, workshops or services may be excluded from redemption.
If you choose the mail option for your gift card, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 48hrs. Only gift cards of the value £250 or more will be boxed.
Gift cards can only be redeemed against new bookings or add-ons and cannot be used for same day purchases in resort or hotel. Gift cards can be redeemed in person on products and experiences at Buxton Crescent. Gift cards can be redeemed at Old Hall Hotel for bookings over the phone and in person only.
Applies to new purchases of monetary gift cards only (not gift experience vouchers). The added value cannot be added retrospectively to previously purchased gift cards.
