HOURS
9.30am – 4.30pm

FREQUENCY
This is a full-time course, requiring five days per week for the first two terms, then four days per week in the third term, plus two hours per night home study (or equivalent) is expected.

This course includes some late Wednesdays with early Friday finishes, usually once per month for three months and one Saturday per month for 5 months.

EXPECTATION
Students must be self motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

METHODOLOGY
Teaching is a blend of salon-based theory and practical delivery with a strong emphasis on working on clients in the college salon. Those also studying Level 4 do so both online and in person.

This is an intensive course with an extended syllabus which requires dedication and commitment over 10 months with a minimum of 800 college hours.

ITEC LEVEL 2 & 3

• These exams take place six months into the course.
• ITEC exams are modular with exams being sat throughout the course (see course structure).
• Multiple choice questions (MCQ) exams
• Practical examinations
• A minimum of 60% for each exam is required for an overall pass.

ITEC LEVEL 4 & CIDESCO

• Success in the L2 & L3 ITEC qualifications and a suitable level of written work must be attained in order to sit the L4 ITEC Diploma in Advance Skincare and the CIDESCO Aesthetics examination.
• Successful ITEC candidates continue into the third term where they will increase their theoretical knowledge and practical skills with additional advanced treatments as well as Elemis.

CIDESCO
The examination for the Certificate in Aesthetics consists of three parts:

• Multiple choice questions (MCQ) exam
• Practical examination
• Written Project 
• A minimum of 70% for each exam is required for an overall pass.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• We welcome mature students and career changers. Minimum age is 16 years, there is no maximum.
