A Women’s Health Spa Day
This retreat brings together the core elements of Michelle’s approach – movement, mindset, nature, deep rest, and meaningful connection – offering a holistic experience designed to support women at every life stage.
Dr. Indika will intuitively guide you through a conscious dance journey, helping you move your body freely and without self-consciousness – so you can feel confident, connected, and in your unique flow. She’ll weave together free-form somatic movements, visualisations, voice activations, and deep body awareness practices, supporting you in releasing stored stress and overwhelm – all while having fun. The music will be a rich blend of tribal drums, world rhythms, and healing sounds with a soulful, spiritual focus. No dance experience is needed; there are no steps to follow and no postures to learn – this is about expressing yourself freely, reconnecting with your body, and truly letting go.
Expect a day of gentle, intentional movement, breathwork, journaling, and shared reflection. All sessions will be adapted to suit individual needs, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and gently challenged – no matter your fitness level, flexibility, or previous experience. Whether you come alone or with a friend, sister, or mum, this retreat invites you to slow down, tune in, and restore your energy in a beautiful, calming setting.
About michelle and dr. indika
An APPI-trained Pilates instructor, she combines over 15 years of clinical expertise with a deeply holistic and trauma-informed approach to care.
Through her private clinic Rebuild & Thrive and as co-founder of FLY Mama, Michelle supports women navigating menstrual concerns, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond. Her work centres on empowering women to reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones, and feel strong – physically and emotionally – through every stage of life.
Dr. Indika is a former GP and Functional Medicine Specialist turned Conscious Dance Leader. She supports mid-life women in shifting from burnout to flow by guiding them out of their heads and into their hearts through her intuitive, somatic-based dance method that blends science, spirituality, and energy work. With her unique background bridging Western medicine and intuitive energy healing, Dr. Indika leads transformative sessions that help women reconnect with their bodies, rediscover joy, and realign with their divine purpose.
