Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information. Champneys takes data protection seriously.

By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Champneys Privacy Notice and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information including name and email address as part of the participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The prize draw (‘the promotion’) is created and managed by Champneys referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
The Promoter agrees to provide the winning purchaser (‘the purchaser’) of a randomly selected entrant selected by the Promoter The Keys to Champneys Henlow. ( ‘the prize’). The terms and conditions of entry and winning the promotion are set out below

Eligibility and Entry:
1. This promotion is open to persons over 18 years of age at the time of entry, excluding anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Purchase period: Spend £100 or more at Champneys for eligibility to enter the prize draw between 15:00 GMT on the 27th of October 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 23 of December 2025 inclusive.
3. Purchases online through champneys.com of gift cards, experience vouchers, spa days, breaks and treatments. In-resort purchase of gift-cards will be eligible for entry.
4. Competition entry can be submitted online after purchase, and in-resort after gift card purchase. Only opted in competition entries will be counted.
5. Purchases via phone through the reservations call centre or corporate sales are not eligible for entry.
6. Minimum purchase of £100 is necessary to enter the promotion. No fees are payable in relation to the entry of the competition.
7. Excludes purchases made at shop.champneys.com or at Champneys shops and boutiques on skincare or retail products.
8. Any personal data provided by you in connection with this promotion will be used solely by the Promoter per the Champneys Privacy Notice.
9. Maximum of one entry per transaction can be entered.
10. Multiple purchases of gift cards under £100 value will not be counted as entry, even if the combined values are over £100.
11. The £100 purchase value is exclusive of any added gift card value gained through promotional 20% or 30% extra free offers.

Prize Details:
12. The prize to be taken at Champneys Henlow consists of up to 50 rooms available to the purchaser with a maximum of 50 guests (inclusive of the prize winner) over the age of 16 on 21st December 2025.
13. Includes 1 x 50-minute minute Champneys branded treatments per guest (excludes ELEMIS, Clarins, Proverb, Voya) with a maximum of 10 massages included.
14. The purchaser and all invited guests must be available to redeem the prize at Champneys Henlow on 20th December 2026.
15. There is no cash alternative for this non-cash prize
16. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media or promotional material are for promotional purposes only and may not depict specific areas of Champneys Henlow.
17. Should a purchaser’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify the Promoter of the changes for the relevant promotion.
18. No additional expenses, for example, the costs of transport to and from Champneys Henlow, parking charges, gratuities, spending money or additional purchases and products and other costs of a personal nature, are included.

Winner Selection:
1. One randomly selected purchaser will be notified via the correspondence entered into as the winner of the promotion.
2. Reasonable attempts to contact the winning purchaser will be made via the correspondence entered into.
3. Unless otherwise stated, the prizes must be claimed within 10 days of being contacted. In the event a prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative purchaser.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of the winning purchaser 's identity in the form of a passport or driver’s license.
5. All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Exclusions:
6. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any promotion repeatedly is prohibited.
7. Where an entrant or the purchaser has not complied with or is in breach with the promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may enforce the right to disqualify that purchaser and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any prize even where a prize has already been awarded or provided to the winner Internal.
8. Gift card purchases via a third party or non-Champneys retailer store (online or in-person) including the purchase of third-party experience vouchers will not be counted.
9. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any promotion.

Promotion Administration and Exclusion of Liability:
10. The Promoter may terminate a promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The Promoter will not award the prize if the promotion is terminated.
11. All the Promoter’s decisions relating to the promotion and/or redemption of the prize are final. No discussions or correspondence with the purchaser or any other person will be entered.
12. A failure by the Promoter s to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or purchase winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of the Promoter’s rights in relation to the same.
13. In the event that any provision of these Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue to remain in force and effect.
14. These specific terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
