To receive your gift card in time for Christmas, please place your order by 12pm on 19th December.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase or be used to purchase another gift card or gift experience, any orders will be cancelled. Gift cards cannot be redeemed against Black Friday offers, existing bookings, conferences, weddings, club membership, retreats, golf or Vitality bookings. Vouchers may be used to add experiences, such as treatments and classes, to existing bookings.
Valid for 2 years after which they expire and cannot be extended. Can be used at Champneys Forest Mere, Champneys Henlow, Champneys Springs, Champneys Tring, City Spas, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall. Gift cards bought from 5th December 2025 may also be redeemed at Buxton Crescent and Old Hall. Gift cards are not redeemable against Vitality packages.
If you choose the mail option for your gift card, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 48 hours. Only gift cards of the value £250 or more will be boxed. Last day for first class postage for delivery before Christmas is Friday 19th December 2025. Order must be placed by 12pm. Note this is recommended but not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
